Senior Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do:
- Lead execution for high-impact, cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables are scoped, assigned, built, and delivered on time.
- Manage the development of campaign and project assets by collaborating with content, design, and digital to ensure messaging and visuals align with brand voice and objectives.
- Lead performance tracking and analysis for campaigns and projects, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and strategic follow-through on insights to maximize impact.
- Contribute to campaign strategy development, providing insights into audience targeting, channel mix, and content themes based on market research and performance data.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure marketing projects and campaigns are aligned with and effectively support business goals.
- Liaise with external vendors to manage timelines and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
- Mentor junior marketing team members and provide guidance on best practices and project support.
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing execution, preferably in a B2B, financial services, SaaS, or highly regulated industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and/or cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in CRM and marketing automation tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Clear, concise written and verbal communicator
- Ability to identify key performance metrics for campaigns and projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to manage complexity
- Comfortable with Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (FKA Pardot)
